Through our devotion and commitment to bringing awareness to MS, the CMMSFOUNDATION will be a professional and creative organization known for uplifting, motivating, teaching, and developing a safe space for individuals to share that reflects the values and diversity of the CMMSFOUNDATION.
About Us
Corey Mitchell was raised in Florence, South Carolina. He now resides in Blythewood, South Carolina with his beautiful wife, Shayna, and two children, Morgan and Mekhi. Corey is a police officer. He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in February 2020 and has been a warrior and advocate ever since.
His positive attitude has garnered great strides in his rehabilitation efforts and his passion for helping others was the fuel in creating The Corey Mitchell MS Foundation
Mission Statement
The mission of the CMMSFOUNDATION is to provide programs and support services to those persons affected by MS that help them maintain their health, safety, self-sufficiency, and personal well-being; and to heighten public awareness of multiple sclerosis in order to solicit financial support for the Foundation’s programs and services and promote understanding for those diagnosed with the illness.

Who are we raising money for?
Being diagnosed with MS has been a major shock but with the support of friends and family it has made my journey much easier. The support I have received during this time has inspired me to start this foundation to help those that are less fortunate. Often times individuals believe they are alone in the fight when they are not. The CMMSFOUNDATION was established to support those who have developed those thoughts and feelings.
Why are we raising money?
Donations are needed to help fund our annual programs:

· CMMS BACK TO SCHOOL BASH
· CMMS HELPINGHANDS
How donations will be used:
The Foundation is has been created to help others with numerous ways as possible. Whether it be with their home additives, medicine, groceries, assistance equipment, etc….
